Field trip to the Forsmark Biotest Lake

Sergiu Novac participated in May at one of the test fishing sessions organized by the biologists of SLU (Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences) at the Forsmark Biotest Lake, next to Sweden’s largest nuclear power plant. The fieldwork was part of his research on fishing practices in the buffer zones of nuclear power plants, and took a very literal hands-on approach, directly participating in the sorting and measuring of the caught fish.
